Parkwood, by Summer Hill Homes is a big development. The lowest priced unit at $550,000 is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath townhouse. Unfortunately, like the Bordeaux, at Summer Hill Homes, you'll have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to reach your living room.
